Sky Allies a FLYING Financial Group company whose mission is to become the foremost ally in procuring aircraft financing. We are a group of finance and aviation industry professionals – financing and leasing airplanes, helicopters, flight simulators, and other aviation or business essential equipment through a syndicate of lending allies. We put your aviation business plan in the air.
Our team has 30 years of experience in the aviation industry. We are Jet-rated pilots, airplane piston owners, and hold private through ATP pilot certifications. Sky Allies is a member of the National Aircraft Finance Association and the American Association of Commercial Finance Brokers. It thereby adheres to a Code of Ethics Program as voted on by their broker members. We are committed to the highest level of customer service, fostering long-lasting business relationships throughout the aviation industry.

Joshua Colton, Founder and Executive Consultant
Josh is a business professional and pilot who has served in senior marketing and business development positions in companies large and small. He has a applied marketing experience in aerospace, mergers and acquisitions, and technology. Josh was an executive with Textron Aviation for 13 years serving in roles of marketing director, marketing strategy, distribution planning, and leader of the Cessna Pilot Center network. He served on the $160M Piston business Unit leadership team reporting to the SVP.
Preston Holland, Chief Commercial Officer
Preston brings a wealth of aviation knowledge to Sky Allies Capital, having previously served as the Chief Operating Officer at FLYING Media Group. He managed strategic relationships with top aerospace executives, helping them grow their brand effectively. Prior to his role at FLYING Media Group, Preston ran turnarounds for a private equity group rolling up service contractors in the southeast.
Keller Laseter, Regional Finance Director
Bringing over nine years of aviation experience and multiple years in sales, Keller Laseter combines both of those skills to be your Aviation Finance Director. His leading knowledge in all categories and classes of fixed wing aircraft helps guide you through the finance process with ease, and will leave you knowing you’re in great hands. Keller holds type ratings in the Beechjet 400A/XP/NXT, Embraer E-175 and has many hours in King Airs, along with other high performance aircraft. During his previous sales role, he was responsible for over 200 personal and commercial accounts, and led his division in customer service and sales. When Keller isn’t finding the best finance option for your aircraft purchase, he enjoys fishing, playing with his two dogs, and trail riding in the family Jeeps!
Cassandra Bealer, Loan Operations
With over 20 years’ experience serving in roles of loan processing, loan officer, and in team leadership positions within the mortgage industry, Cassandra Bealer embodies the ethical standards essential in today’s lending industry. She has won numerous performance awards from several lending institutions including Oak Hill Mortgage, Custom Home Loans, KB Home Mortgage, and United Mortgage. She brings to Sky Allies her exuberant style, passion, and eternal optimism to aviation lending which she is known for. She also served steadfastly as Office manager of Q&A Property Improvement Svcs for six years. She has relished the move to aviation financing, learning about and flying in private airplanes and is core to Sky Allies Capital loan operations. When not chasing down an airplane appraisal or insurance certificate, Cassandra enjoys spending time with her husband and children on the road RVing.
